I am in my train... I was about to go to bed when I looked out the window to see another train with "ride the Wi-fi train" on its side. I'm addicted to the internet, but it has been great to be away from my addictions for so long.
I'm catching up on my reading and watching the scenery go by. (for those of you who have read "the Alchemist" and liked it - I highly recommend "Eleven Minutes", by Coelho, as well. It has the same fulfilling a dream/hopeful/fairytale feeling, but it has a storyline dealing with sex - I could go on with an entire book report... I won't - I have many more books to read... anyway -) This country is really amazing. Right now I am in Oakland, California. Tomorrow my dad and I are going to play on an island and then after the day after that I am going to LA for three days.
I'm not going to write much because I really need to get some sleep for my day tomorrow. I am a light sleeper. Very light. When I was camping I would wake up when someone three people away scratched a mosquito bite. Let's just say that a top bunk on a moving train is not my sleeping paradise. Being at the end of the train is beautiful, but the shake... the shake is there.
The train was built in 1927 and has carried English crowned queens to the Kerry/Edwards campaign. It has a full kitchen, dining room, and lounge. Did I mention it was at the back?
Click here for more pictures... these will grow - when I am back. I've taken Way too many photos of train tracks, it's awesome.
weeeee...
"I copy that" is walkie-talkie talk for - I understand, will do, gotcha, ok, alright, yup, uh-huh, and much more depending on the inflection of the voice.

Beautiful...
So the the rocking is tough, huh?
Miss you,
Mom
Those pictures look great and that sounds like an awesome trip.
How did Sir Baron Chad get to ride in such a delightful locomotive?
wait, you mean... not EVERYONE gets to ride around in the back of a train in a private car? You jest, surely you jest young man.
Someone dropped out of the trip last minute, my dad likes trains, so we were offered the room for half off the normal rate...

That is awesome! I'm so jealous. When I become President I'm going to make our railroads the envy of transportation systems everywhere.
Vote for me, the Choo-Choo Train President! Wanna be my VP?
yes.
