my friend, Anah, just finished her civic duty - jury duty, that is. Her account on the verdict and drug laws in general is very poignant.
It makes me wonder why other people don't get in more trouble when it comes to drugs... on second thought - no, there is no wondering.

Actually one of the interesting things that I learned while on this case is that it's not illegal to purchase drugs, just to sell them or to possess them. So as long as he's never caught red handed, Rush can buy up as many bags of crack, weed or bottles of pills as he'd like. He just can't let anyone find them on his person.
It's totally ass-backwards.
